With more than 20 years of industry experience, Mindy brings a diverse background to the Sharp Exteriors team. Her expertise includes all phases of a project’s life cycle from preconstruction and government approvals through punch list and project turnover. Mindy has a degree in Construction Management from the University of Minnesota and her primary responsibilities include project management with a focus on our multi-family clients. She heads projects with contract values from $10K to $30M with the same enthusiasm and expertise. Originally from Shakopee, MN, Mindy currently lives in Lakeville with her children. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, reading, listening to podcasts, and traveling.
With twenty years of experience in the storm restoration business, Josh Longawa brings a wealth of industry knowledge to our clients. He spent many years working as an insurance adjuster before making the change to help homeowners in litigation with insurance companies. Josh has worked as a consultant alongside several attorneys and contractors on highly contentious and heavily disputed property claims, always fighting for the best interest of his clients. Josh is a lifelong resident of Minnesota. He grew up in Apple Valley, graduated from St. Could State University, and currently resides in Lakeville. In his free time, he enjoys skateboarding with his children and working on his 1978 Datsun.
Mike has never been afraid of hard work. He started his journey into the construction trades at the young age of 15 where he worked on a roofing crew for the summer. At 17 years old he was able to work half days framing new construction homes through the Shakopee High School construction program. After graduating from Shakopee in 2001, Mike continued framing houses full time. In 2011, Mike established MH Custom Construction, LLC, specializing in residential projects that ranged from deck additions and remodels to complete ground-up new home builds in the Twin Cities Metro area. Mike currently lives in Owatonna, Minnesota with his wife and three children. In his free time he enjoys bee keeping, snowboarding, and practicing jiu jitsu.
Elie has never been afraid to take on new challenges in his career. From working in phone sales at Best Buy for 5+ years to helping run his family-friends businesses, he loves trying new things. This is Elie’s second year working with Sharp Exteriors and he absolutely loves the job field. He is very hard-working with strong moral values and goes above and beyond for each home owner. Elie was born in Lebanon and moved to Boston, Massachusetts at a very young age. His families journey continued and landed them in Lakeville, Minnesota to unite with more family members. Elie AKA ‘E’ is a bilingual (English & Arabic) Lebanese/American who loves talking and getting to know others. His personality will put a smile on anyone’s face. He graduated from Farmington High School and carried on his education from Metropolitan State University with a Bachelors in Business/Marketing. In his free time, E loves spending time with his family/friends, traveling/adventuring, and if not playing sports at least enjoying sporting events!
Evan, our Storm Restoration Project Manager, seamlessly blends manufacturing expertise with a strong commitment to helping clients. With 2 years each as a welder and machinist, Evan’s precision skills shine in roof, siding, and window inspections, ensuring top-notch service. While new to storm restoration sales, Evan’s dedication to learning is unwavering. He’s determined to excel in this role, mirroring his successes in other areas. Beyond his work, Evan is a 5-year Jiu Jitsu practitioner/competitor who enjoys the outdoors, meeting new people, watching documentaries, and reading about history. His strong moral compass aligns perfectly with Sharp Exterior’s values. Evan’s dedication, both professionally and personally, makes him an indispensable part of our team.
